A Rainy Morning, part 2

Inside the cottage, two of the three cats decided that the cool, rainy morning was perfect for reading.

 

Little Max still hadn’t learned to read and so his taste in books leaned toward watercolor picture books and the occasional graphic novel. But his brother was in the mood for poetry and so Max was content to curl up on the cushioned window seat and listen while Leo read aloud.
