Book-Fair Books (part 2)

by

After a full week of sunny picnics and reading time, the weather turned gray and cool, and a soft rain fell all day long.

Some of the children put books in their backpacks and splashed through puddles to get to the comfy upholstered chair — and a cup of hot tea — at Rabbit’s tea shop.

And some decided to stay home, where they could lie in bed and read, and listen to the rain on the roof.
